The problem is, like Sea Ray's, Bayliners just don't have the structrual integrity for a project like this. You can build up the transom all you want, but in the end, unless you go through and beef up the stringers and add another 1/2" of glass to the entire bottom, the thing is not gonna work. The new engine will probably torque the hull in two. At the very least you're definitely looking at seperation of the stringers from the hull because there just isn't enough tabbing connecting them. Sorry man, but I think it's a lost cause.
