Re: Soft floor...How bad?
There's a good chance that it is just the one spot. Most of the time it due to someone not seeling screw holes and over time water seeps in causing the problem. With that said its a good chance that none of the screw hole have been properly sealed. I have a small soft spot where my cooler seat is mounted. I removed it a couple of years back and did not reseal the holes. I did seal and the spot seems to have not grown sense it was done.
