honda has had issues with the aluminum spacer under the powerhead and if they or when they get wet they start to rub wear on the crank and block till you have a lower crank seal bad in the block. the only fix is to pull the powerhead and reseal then replace the aluminum spacer with an aftermarket replacement made of bronze. wouldn't suggest a honda.

Did honda fix this problem after a certain period of time or does it still effect current year models?
