My "double outrodders" were custom made indeed. They set me back a cool $230 for teh pair, but I got exactly what I wanted. Took the guy about 1 hour to make them. They could have been cheaper, but I went with the polished tulip style holders. Any shop that does pipework has the materials lying around the shop. Most places could build something similiar out of scrap I'd bet.

The boys here at WellcraftV-20.com were nice enough to pay for these, so money was no object. ;D
