I'd be more than glad to show you what we did and how we did the job on the transom. We found my stringers to still be in good shape and only had to beef up a few. We also rewired the boat and I have an easy method which just about anyone could do. I live in Suffolk Va. not far from you and would be more than glad to help with any info you would want. I did the job with help from two friend and none of us had never replaced a transom but we did have experience some experence with fiberglass. The job is not near as tough as it looks. Message me with your number and I'll give you a call. I had a 1994 150 Johnson on mine when it sank and its still running great after 5 years.
