well I got out for a couple of hours today, armed w/ eels......no birds, no bait, no splashes, no hits, no run-offs, didn't see anybody else hookin' up.....the guys fishing for blacks probably were....if nothing else it was a beautiful day on the L.I. Sound, the boat is running great seas were calm, nice and warm w/ the enclosure......I guess I'm done w/ the bass, not to many outings left before I winterize. Have to try a couple of blackfish trips before I button it up. Maybe I'll venture out to see TheTinMan this week for a blackfish charter. :) ::)
