Well guys the "stream" is 32 miles off today.

I forgot to mention that the boat has a painted bottom and sometimes carries 'stuff' with it. I was surprised how much slime and cridders were riding along last week when I took some folks snorkeling.

Speed is in Knots, measured by gps.

I know I could push it up a bit; but we don't get too many days this time of year for that. The wind has droped out for a few days right now; but it has been blowing for weeks. I usally push the boat as fast as I need to, to get a good ride; sometimes that is less than 2000. Just under 4000 will keep it off plane so I can push through the square chop we get down here; without getting wet.

All said, this motor is a good fit for this boat. If the boat was any heaver or loaded all the time, it would need more hp or a prop reduction. The mileage makes me love it.
