Thanks for all your comments.
The red line on my motor is 6200 rpm. WOT only gets me to 5300. The prop people tell me that I am bogging down the engine going at WOT and only getting 5300 rpm.
After checking the web to see what props are available for my motor, I see very few props that have a pitch less than 17. Most are 17 to 21!
Still think there is something wrong with the boat.
