Skools, correct me if I'm wrong, but the ideal method would go something like this...using slow cure hardener:

1. Scuff the inside of the outer skin.

2. Wet out a layer of cloth
3. Sheet of ply
4. Layer of Cloth
5. Second sheet of ply
6. Clamp the hell out of it ;D

Steps 2-6 could all be done in one shot to make for the best bond.

7. Scuff the last sheet of ply and lay up 3 layers of glass for the inner skin.
