Default Fluke Lessons Learned with picture

Thanks to MacoJoe, Phester and one hell of a good book entitled "Fluke an Angler's Guide" by Bob Sampson ( highly reccommended ) I finally tied into a decent fluke by design.

My son Thomas ( 4 1/2 years old ) and I hit the water tonight around 4 PM and did some drifting off of Tod's Point in Greenwich, CT. We only had an hour and a half to fish ( short attention span anyway----- Thomas, not daddy )

Thomas got a sea robin but Daddy tied into dinner. A nice 4.5 lb fluke that we ate after frying it in flour and cornmeal. Thomas literally ate half the fish.

Here's a picture, cause as you know, it's all about the pictures.

I caught the fish on a trailer hook using a "Kooler Filler" by a guy who has a website calle www.flukehead.com
the teaser was a green squid with a frozen silverside and a squid strip on it.

Tight lines,

Tom
