I'd go with the 'Rude Ficht. IIRC, before 2000, the problems were with the bigger blocks, 175hp and up. After 2000, no problems in the whole lineup, so the 2002 should be fine. At 50 hrs, it's barely broken in. You're saving on the cost up front, especially when you add $500+ for prop, controls, etc. for the Yammy, and then you'll save at the fuel pump as the 'Rude will drink less gas.

The only risk is with not having a warranty, so minimizing that risk is worth a little investment that you might not get back. I would make the sale contingent on an inspection (at your expense) by a qualified service tech.
