I use Aquabuff 1000 for most stuff and if you really want to shine Aquabuff 2000.

You can't beat it and trust me I've tried them all at least once! You'll need a power buffer though or else you can expect quite a workout. Harbor Freight typically has 7" variable speed sander/buffer that goes on sale for $29.00 around this time every year that works great with a foam buffing pad. With a little effort you can get it will look like a mirror finish again.
