Default Re: hoisting motor?

Bluerunner, I know I should have gotten help. My problem is that I am a spazz and I got excited at 8pm on a cold Thursday night and said "what the heck". Bad choice but at least no bones or motor parts got broken.

I cut the skin off the transom to reveal bad, bad, wood. I cleaned it all out. My plan is to put the skin back on with spacers, glass the cuts up and fill the void with Seacast. Then put the motor back on. Anyone know how long the Seacast takes to get delivered? I haven't ordered it yet. I need some warmer weather before any type of resin will cure anyway.
