The LU must be between gears at this point, its locked and wont move more than 1/2 turn either direction. Turning it isn't an option unless i get that pin back in and do some more shifting..

Note,
Look carefully the **** rod is exposed you can use a needle nose pliers to press it down or up to shift it into gears, Also I use the are to swing the rod during installation...
