Thanks for all your ideas, I am now re-thinking the whole issue.
I was hell bent on thinking its the Pack, in a previous post of mine I mentioned the fact I turn the new tank backwards and install it during the re-build.
One of my initial fear in doing this was the fact it possibly can block my vent when my bow is up on a semi plane.
This is exactly the position of the boat when the shutoff happed this weekend.
In this photo the tank was in the correct way but my feeder tube to the engine was towards the front and I was concerned the opposite will happen, my engine will not siphon fuel from a half full tank when the bow is way up.
So I went with the idea of turning the tank around.
This weekend I will take her out and test by holding the bow up for an extended period and see what happens, my tank is ¾ full currently.
I will also note when I ran boat previously I had approx ¼ fuel and any given time, it was only this weekend I fill her up to around ¾ when this issue showed up.
If ventilation is indeed the issue I will install an additional vent to the front of the tank.
