Sorry for the delay in responding, all. I thought I'd be able to catch up while on vacation, but the place I was at wasn't wireless-friendly. I will send out confirmation emails by tomorrow morning for all orders received to date. Of course the part about requiring payment by the 7th is void, since I can't expect payment when I took two weeks to tell you how much. ;) The new order closing date will be 7/9 and the payment deadline will be around 7/16.
