I was just at a local marina and they were pumping out 180 gallons of gas out of the bottom of a 32 footer. Marina owner said he's been seeing alot of this lately. tank was fiberglass.

Phesters right, a 350 should run at 4200rpm if propped correctly. 3600 seems real low. Mine runs at 4200 and its over 25 years old.
