New Flushmount Rod Holders

Snuck down to the dock at lunch today and installed three new rod holders along the transom. One in the center is straight up and down for the bait table and the holders on either side are 15 degree...

The armstrong bracket is open on the end attached to the transom. The hole in question is now sealed with a plate and 5200. I'm keeping my eye on it.

MJ, the tach is brand new! I think they just didn't do a great job finishing the install. They'll fix it when the boat goes in after 20-hrs for head...

Brian, fillet is spot on, they are mounts for a bench seat that goes across the transom. I still have it and it's in good shape, but I just use folding canvas chairs for extra...

Thanks. They are putting a plate over it with bolts and sealed with 5200, so I'm not worried about water getting in. My concern is structural. I will watch it closely.
