Got her running...
...but not wet ;D I installed the outdrive today after an 8 hour shift at work. It sure would have been easier if I had an engine hoist, I had to muscle it on by myself. I somehow managed to lose one...

Aluminum bracket for twins
I dunno if you can open the link without a member of the site, but here ya go. Aluminum bracket for twin outboards. 14 degree transom angle, 30" setback. Looks like it is for a flat transom. $950....

Mine has the lift eye / rod setup, but it is solid as in no rust. One time the deck had lossened up and slipped bellow the lift eye. It looked like the eye was sticking above the deck an inch or so....

Wow! Very nice pics bro. I can't wait to splash mine. My 8 year old daughter keeps asking if the boat is fixed. She will be the second one to get a ride, I gotta break-in the new gearbox first ;)

Dang Hammer, I posted 3 of em. The only thing left to show is my greasy hand after extracting it from my boat's bung hole. That's just not suitable for public viewing.

Well, I deinstalled the old yoke and it worked perfectly for an alignment tool. Slid right in, with zero force, 1 finger pressure. I see this thread is gonna get ugly with a statement like that :-X

Yep still have it. I have heard others say not to do that, but I can't see why not. Either it goes in easy or it don't. I may just go ahead and do that. Gracias. ;)
