starboard/seaboard question

does anyone know if you could use 3/4" starboard to replace the fuel tank cover. My boat is an 86 cuddy, I don't have the winter cover off yet but I would say that cover is approx 32"-34"wide x 48"...

I had the same motor but a 90hp in line 6. Wasn't my favorite of the 15-20 outboards I've had over the years....it did seem to have alot of power. It pushed my 19' 10" Angler CC 40mph, tubes, skiers...

I installed two s.s. flush mounts that angled back, but not outward. You've got to take into consideration the angle before drilling any holes. I think mine were angled back somewhere around...

I took off the bootstripe w/ a hair drier....it came off w/ ease. Lightly compounded were stripe used to be and it looks almost as if it was never there.

sounds like alot Lumber. Twelve hours, at say, conservatively, 75.00 per hour is like 900.00 labor alone. You're a handy guy Ken and you've got skills, I'd try that one myself before subbing it out....
