Stringers

I can give you some insight on the stringers but not on the transom. My transom is in good condition and I only (only) had to do the stringers and floor.

I used Petit EZ Poxy 2 with good results.

I think all the two part paints are fine and it's in the prep you will notice the difference.

This is my first year and I will see how it holds up but...

Ran to the Axel Carlson (late morning) end up with 5 keeper fluke, largest was 25"

Hard to hold bottom drifting and needed ten ounces.

Came in around 4:00. Inlet started getting a little nasty...

Fishing room

I have a 24 Regulator next to me (about two years old) The only fishing room is in the front.

I love the lines of the Regulator and I am sure it rides awesome but the fishing room? (and the cost)

Dremel Tool

I used the Dremel many times throughout the construction process. Worked well cutting out my gauges as I did not have a hole saw that large.

Mounting rod holders in the cabin is on my list. I just want to make sure they mount tight so they don't rattle around in there. I would think a bungee cord tying them together when your on the move...
