I may mount the engine, and float'er to check for an accurate level. Then drill the new scupper tubes out.

The deck is connected to the splash well with this "mini golf" esque scupper drain...

Yeah, I'm going to go the arjay route. I really should pull the cap and check the stringers. But I'm thinking do the transom now. Run it for a bit, then do the rest later.
