The below deck tanks are not UV stable which is why they are not rated for above deck use. If its not out all the time, maybe its ok, but if this is a permanent install, I recon its a pretty bad...

Heck yeah, that old girl will haul the mail. My CC did 53 with the 225 and I'm pretty sure there were a few more MPH there, prop dependent.

Sure sounds like Ridge is on it as usual. Boat is probably sitting a couple of inches lower in the water with the 4 stroke. Have to raise the motor accordingly to compensate for the lowered stance.
