Thanks reelapeelin, yes wide tape on it now, not sure why the tank was so much smaller than the others and all that wasted spaced just filled with foam.

Weak transom

Installed new transducer today for garmin 400c fishfinder, had to drill through transom. Transom felt weak, felt like butter, I'm disappointed! Think I need to overhaul transom

Thinking about using composite decking to secure fuel tank, not sure how it will hold up though with the salty seas. I wanna put 3 braces on top where the old 2by4's were, and possibly two in front...

Spoke to Atlantic welding, adding an additional Foot to the tank making it from 48" to 60". He's getting back to me on how many gallons i'm increasing. He did tell me stock is 43 gallons.

removing foam

Foam was a pain, chipping away with a crow bar, prying pieces off. The foam was saturated with fuel and water making it heavy.

Smile Gas tank removal...ahhhhhh!!!!

Had water in my tank, decided to remove it today. What a pain chipping away at the foam, but got it out with no problems.
