Need Prop Help... 140/Looper on a Bracket
I have a 1979 V-20 ...I repowered it from an I/O to a Gil Bracket with floatation... Installed a 1988 Johnson 140HP VRO Looper .....It has a 13 1/4" X 17P aluminum prop on it, Cavitation plate is 2...

well you see I have no swim porch or step etc... so I didnt want to have the steering cable way out in limbo...I have a kicker so no step.....btw got the bracket today its an armstrong brand...

VRO Disconnect.....Fuel mixing question>?
yeah it seems to be running rich anyhow....plugs are pretty oily...I already planned on disconnecting the plug from the vro and mixing fuel etc....
A Question... My Main fuel tank is approx 50...

WTB control linkage for 140 Johnson VRO
I have the Control unit (shifter)...but the wiring harness/ choke/ throtle/ shifter linkage is gonna be to short so I need either an extension or longer linkage......im 5 feet short I took the power...

V-20 Outboard HP performance question......
Just getting ready to mount a Johnson 1989 Johnson 140hp VRO to a Gil bracket on my V-20.......I wanted a 175hp but got a good deal on this motor... my v20 is a little heavier than some...4stroke...
