can this be replaced?
 

I'm not sure if it's called weather stripping or chinking or what have ya but it's dry rot and shrunk, where in the world can I get some more. I also included pice of the window and the last owners idea of a quick fix.

Not sure you can see it but all the rubber has been removed and calked back in with some kind of latex crap

The weather strippin' should come from a auto-body supply store and the sea-critters should come to me ;) ...looks good 8) ...

You mean the lead singer that was arrested last year? I had no idea but wouldn't surprise me. Nothing against gays at all but I think it's becoming the east coast san fran.
