Seems as though our illustrious moderator has hi-jacked a perfectly good thread by bringing in the smack talk. ;D
So here's the thread for it. *The title is still mine, and if ya want it, your gonna have to bring it. *It's gonna be a long winter with few fish for most on this site, so we may as well load up on the BS.
We got any real fisherMEN on this site anymore ;D

Looks like I'm gonna win again, cause any keeper flounder in Virginny is gonna be a winner. We are looking at 18.5" or possibly 19" for a minimum size limit this year.

I'm even considering hiring a consultant for the weekend. Have one from the "Chussetts" sect of the V20 coming down here to cast his magic St. Croix rod about the waters of the Great Raritan Bay. ;)

just so you guys are aware, the new regulations for fluke in new york this year are one fish at two thousand pounds so all i need is the one fish to kick all yer asses.

Turbo's out with Shore-Power, you know, the guy whose been posting the monster rock lately...
Sorry to hear of all the V-20'ers coming down with stuff.
Willy, my wish is for all to be healthy and ready to roll for this next go around.
As for fluke, we are all being "fluked" on the regs this year. NY has to take a 49% cut this year, and they took a good whack last year also. We got hit 53% in VA...took more than half our fish away@!@#$. NC only got an 8% cut, so them boys are still alright down there. ;D

Haven't caught one of them yet either. Did get a 18.5" fluke this summer, not as big as others I have seen.

Turbo, its a disease, with no known cure. *Unfortunately, I think you've been infected. *Having a boating addiciton is one thing, adding a fishing addiciton to it just compounds the situation. *It will eventually consume your life. *No sense fighting it, may as well just give in. *Take me for example, the only guarantee my kids have is that they will inherit some nice fishing stuff ;D

Its funny, I cant remember the bread at the store, doc appointment, pick up the kids, or anything the wife says!!
But I can find my way to the Vineyard in the thickest fog, and no exactly what tide, rig, what weight and every rock there is!!
I can show you every screw, glass patch, mark, scratch, on my boat!
Get use to it pal!! Its a good thing! ;D
