What I like to do is to drop the deck on the mower to it's lowest setting. Cut everything down to about 1/2" then when the heat of the summer sets in, everything turns a nice shade of brown. Then alls ya gots to do is don't clip those toenails for the summer. Then when you go for a walk around the yard, let the toenails clip the brittle brown leafs that do attempt to sprout. ::)

Oh, shhhhhhhhhh!!! Don't tell Mrs chumbucket. She just thinks it's a regular summer occurance of nature. Shhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!

tear up the turf, paint the ground green when the
ground appears brown again you just grab your spray can and touch it up.it is a lot less work.

I told the wife that HGTV says to never cut grass during a drought, no matter how high it gets.
I told her it was on a show about three years ago.
You know everything HGTV says is gospel. ;D

i got about an acre and a half cleared tuna. and frankly guys, i am a little scared of kids these days. thats why i'm carrying that gun in that pic tin posted. i like airslot's idea but, i also like sex.
i just dont get it. people will donate hundreds of millions to the red cross so they can ride around in brand new hummers and deliver hot plate lunches to the rich nieghborhoods while the rest of us suffer without even ice and water.but when ya'll see a chance to truly help out a person who is obviosly...well, we'll leave that one alone. anyway, WHERE'S THE LOVE?
