Get an air horn; you will thank me later. It is a bit more expensive than that wimpy electric horn, but other boaters can actually hear it. I put one in my Bertram using the original wiring for the old electric horn. Took about 20 minutes.
This is one of the cheaper ones: https://www.amazon.com/HK-Chrome-Plated-Trumpet-Compressor/dp/B08393Y6QY/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=air+horn+boat&qid=1594756921&sr=8-4

horns are made in the same chinese factory as trailer lights.
There are no good ones.

I keep 1-2 sports type air horns on the boat ....with one at the helm
Replacing the factory horn just to keep my V21 in great condition .....and sometimes just a bit of horn enough.
The horns on cruise ships might be interesting......
Imagine Wellcraft V with those horns
