Augusta Southern Nationals
Went to Augusta to watch the boat drags today, had a blast. Got some pics for ya'll to enjoy
TAF (my fav)  TFJ running in TAH class  had some cracker box's running an exibition race around hte course    quite a mix of boats     the boat in the near lane(left side of screen) just tried to play submarine    a friend of mine, Mike Robbins, from Raleigh(Youngsville actually) is the driver of this Top Fuel Hydro     here's a video of his qualifying pass (3.7 sec/241 mph) click on the link to watch, and no, I didn't speed up the video http://s112.photobucket.com/albums/n...t=P7212788.mp4

That is insane. A girl who's married to a guy who throws horse shoes with us on Thursday nights dad was killed in a ocean racer down in Florida about 5 years ago she tells stories of the lifestyle being on the circuit as a young kid. They are not your average boats right there buddy!!!!! Pure power!!!!
