just got back from the hosipital, shes doing better, but her numbers are still down, tehy gave her platelets today, shes got to get her white blood count and hemoglobin counts up before thay will let her go home. So everythings on hold till them. I send entirely too much time in the hospital as a well person.

Spare, we are with you. And no one can ever say we feel your pain we are here for her. Kids are everything. My step daughter just had her second surgery last Wednesday for her McCune Albright Syndrome (very rare), through the top of the head and in the danger zones... first time they had to enlarge the back of her eye socket the bone was growing and squeezing the optic nerve...it sucks and is not right that kids should have to go through this stuff.

Keep positive thoughts thats what pulls me through.
And as I've said before stay busy and do your best to keep'em smiling, it's our job and I personally wouldn't want anyone else to handle it for me.

And I will agree with you, I spend way to much time in hospitals. Haven't called out of work sick in over ten years but I am in a hospital almost every other week.

Spare and CaptJ, my prayers go out to both of you, your children and your families. CaptJ, I was in Rhode Island last week visiting my brother. Was that your V I saw in the Wickford harbor? Brought some of the local brew back with me. I'll "have a gansett" for you.

I've got Kendall duty tonight, my wife went back to the house for a break and I'm couching it in the hospital room. Kendall is more active today(and acting like a brat) but her temp is back up, so more antibiotics and more waiting.

My V is in North Kingstown but not Wickford. We have a ton of them around here. Mine is docked at the NK Town docks in Quonsett, small harbor called Allens Harbor. Give me the Heads up next time you come around I will bw glad to show you around.

Kendall has been feeling better today, shes had no feevr for the past 24 hours. She had a head to toe MRI today, and we got teh results back form the Oncologist late this afternoon, the bulk of the tumer is GONE! There are stillsome fragments of it left, and she will continue with chemo once her numbers get back up, but this is some of the best news we've had in a while. We still don't know exactly why she's had the problems shes had the past week, but I'll take what I can get
