14,600 plus tax 7%......... and I had a price from another dealer and he wanted 15, 500 for a 175 e-tec.

Good for you ! That is the motor that I wanted when I repowered . I just could not justify the price . I found a new in box ( leftover )150 Yamaha for $7k last year . Not to mention my wife has never noticed the change from a 1994 to 2004 . I think she would have given a white motor a 2nd look .
