BLUE - AWESOME PICS!! That boat has raised some SERIOUS fish! Where do you out off for offshore? Hatteras?

Now that my son is getting older I am feeling the itch do get back into fishing. I used to stay at Cape Charles, The Cell, CBBT all weekend fishing, kinda got burned out.

Same thing with duck hunting....now my son really wants to get into that. I havent duck hunted in 15 years. Dont have my decoys or duck boat anymore....Isabel took out my blinds....jury is out on that. Hopefully some bird and rabbit hunting will suffice for now.

Thanks man. Yep, offshore at Cape Hatteras every memorial day weekend since 2005 (except 2009). Out of all of the times going offshore out of that inlet I have never came back without dolphin. Had some slow days tho, but never the dreaded skunk.

Great fishing, not as far to run! I remember fishing out of there 7 or 8 times on the Albatross fleet....Had a ball but those were some SLLLOOOWWW boats!

The one swerving back and forth pulling the V in the old beat up GMC Yukon? Yeah, that was probably me heading home from the beach.
I just couldn't wait to get home so I could clean the boat for 2 hours in the heat.

You live close by?

Well, nevermind....I see you are in Asheboro. I love Asheboro because anytime I go thru Asheboro it means I'm going to the beach or heading home from the beach.
