Now he simply can’t read, cannot formulate coherent thoughts. Go back and listen to him in interviews a few years ago. The stutter has nothing to do with his current issues.

No more mask mandates! No more vaccine certificates! A great development to be sure, and long overdue. But why suddenly now? Joe in his State of Dementia speech said, “ Because of the progress we’ve made, because of your resilience and the tools that we have been provided by this Congress, tonight I can say we are moving forward safely, back to more normal routines.”

Really? What progress is that?

Scientific progress? Or political calculation?

I would ask the press to ask Joe but he’s down for his nap.

So now you’re not pleased the virus hospitalizations have diminished to a safe point due to the majority of Americans now vaccinated ?
