I actually don't even mind the Euro-transom in this boat because the space was utilized for storage/livewells or whatever without significant loss of deck space.

I was thinking the same thing.

Yup. Edgewater Boats was founded by ex-Boston Whaler exec Bob Dougherty. He was one of the founding members of the BW team I believe. I worked for them when they were up here in my home town in MA before they moved to FLA. Mr. Dougherty has since moved on from Edgewater and founded Everglades Boats.

Yup. Edgewater Boats was founded by ex-Boston Whaler exec Bob Dougherty. He was one of the founding members of the BW team I believe. I also like the small cuddy design of the edgewater but it could definately use more flair for sloopy sea conditions and the everglades is also a nice design so if money were no object they would be excellent choices. I still believe that if wellcraft came out with a V-24 along the same exact lines as the V-20 it would be an overnight sensation. Frank
