Sounds like you're making good forward progress. Keep picking away at it and you'll eventually fix all the small things, and know your boat inside and out. I haven't been on a boat on Lanier in about 20 years.

Your best bet for hatches, unless you want to make them, is right here, guys part out boats regularly, go to classifieds. Craigslist may work too. These boats are getting to the age that if they were really neglected, folks are having to scrap them now.
