Thanks Ferm I would love to get that owners manual. Got everything on that sheet including options minus the outriggers and pop up cleats.

Hey WILLY, the adjustment for that style BINNACLE should be located behind the lever. Push it all the way forward and there will be a slot there. It may have a rubber plug in it, but behind it will be 1 or 2 screws. They will control the throttle tension of the assembly.
