Norristown is not that far from me and the price for a full sheet of 3/4 Seaboard is $211, thats not bad at all. This is why this site is great

Full sheets are the way to go!! I bought 2 full sheets for the V20, 3/4 and 3/8 I made so many things out of the extra!!

I will be buying another sheet for the Sea Ox soon!

I just emailed them to see if they carry the Seaboard Grip X which is non-skid. I'm concerned the regular Seaboard may be too slippery.

Thats one of Starboard and Seaboards drawbacks is that it can't be painted or easily glued. Seaboard is available in about 6 different colors, I would like to find a color that closely matches my existing deck so i don't have to paint. If I can't find a color that matches my existing deck I may just find a paint that matches the seaboard and paint the deck.

No paint, solid color all the way thur! Texture is the way to go, They did not have it when I bought mine but I never had a problem with slip eaither.

They are the same thing!! Starboard is made for the Marine industry, and Seaboard is made for food plants and other stuff.
Ever saee the plastic doors in a food store at the meat dept, yep thats Seaboard!
Plastic walls in the public bathrooms, Yep Seaboard!! Thats why it comes in different colors and is cheaper, doesn't say marine in itys name!

As for painting the deck, you can use sand, but make sure you use a good paint or the sand will just wear down and break out!

For the same price as a good paint you can use Durback and be done!! Great stuff and stands up great!!
I, skools, and a few others have used it with great results!! Someone else is using it right now but I forgot who??
1 Gal should be pleanty, its about $100+

MJ's right...the 3/4 will span the 30" no problem, but don't use any color other than white cause it holds heat from sun in summer and gets too hot ... my lt grey surprised me that way...they actually make a diamond textured surface these days ...
