I like the way the prop is protected . It must not have sold to well as it was only offered that on year . It still is a cool rig .

definately not aft heavy. same engine as an I/O less the outdrive plus 2-3 feet forward. im willing to say better weight towards the front than a outboard. everyone seems real concerned about being aft heavy...lol

Default Tunnel Drive

Looks like PennYan tunnel drive! Father in law had a 23' Penn Yan w/ tunnel drive not the best for control. Billy Mac

you are right Mac they were harder to manuever in some conditions, also not the most efficient set up. But try to get them guys out of them old Penn Yans, my Lord they love em, and they have held up well compared to many others as they age.

Someone posted one that was a 23 or 25 footer a while back. I think it would be a sweet set up.

An older guy has an old Penn yann bout 23ft. beside where we stay at Ocracoke. Looks like theyre well made. Its held up very well over the years!
