I was watching these also. In fact, I put in a bid 4 days ago, with $75 as my max. I was disappointed to see this morning that they are up to $162.50. That's a little too high for me right now. These things are probably worth up to $300, and i expect bidding will get up there. I think they would really be great for someone. i too, think I would lose the sink. I would just take it out and fashion a cushion with a solid bottom for another seat. Good luck for those who are interested.

Me and RB missed the real deal of a lifetime on those Newberry seats. *I was going to bid but logged on too late dog gone it! *There's a brand new one on eBay right now for way over $400 for just one seat. *:-[ >:( RB I guess we need to start communicating our eBay intentions before bidding ;D

They went for $315 for the pair. I still think that's a good buy. I would have bid that much had it not been so near Christmas. Plus, I just bit the bullet and put my boats in a storage yard because the Wife wouldn't let me keep them in the yard anymore.

I was looking and really wanted them, but after measuring the boat they would not beenn enough room.
I could have used one and thn just stayed with aregular seaty, and thats what I should have done. I could have sold the one that was left? O well the guy who got them is a lucky guy!!

I agree the winning bidder was a lucky guy. These things do not come around very often. The $315 price was pretty darn good. I feel confident you could sell one of those for $200-$250.
