In wandering through the forum to see if there was an answer before I asked a question I came across the topic under "modifications" of "rear seat for outboard". Did you ever check that out? It looks like my exact seat. It was a guy out or Oregon Inlet. TMcgovern?

I guess that answers the question of whether my rear seat way a dealer item or Wellcraft item. I am guessing Wellcraft.
