Hoyet's, thats it. Used to stop there to get my outta state license.
I grew up in WNC and my dad would take me all over the place to fish. Fished most of the lakes in that area but Jocasee was always my favorite. Sometimes we would come down the night before and stay at a little motel on Hwy 11, if I remember correctly the rooms were like finished storage sheds.
