Isn't this test backwards?? The more you say yes to the lower you should be?

Yes7. Gotten lost on the water
Yes8. Run out of gas
Yes9. Gotten stuck on a sand bar
(briefly)
Yes10. Let your car stay broken so you could spend money to have your boat fixed
Yes11. Paid too much for a boat
Yes12. Not been able to put a part back together that you disassembled to fix
(took apart some controls once. Got em back together but never worked right again :-/)
Yes13. Been stuck in the rain
Yes14. Dropped a watch or piece of ***elry overboard
(do sunglasses count?)

Been there done that, when you are not sure if you are out of gas
and making sure that lines aren't clogged,
get a little too much gas in mouth,
it comes on ya quit quick.

hey i might be a newbie here but i scored a 10 so that makes me a *"real boater" ( i guess). * spent 3/4 of my life on the water shrimping so i guess that kind of stuff happens sooner or later. the falling off the boat thing almost ended me one time though. wasnt to fun.

10 score. But I agree, seems reversed or add more to it to improve score like; dropping boat off trailer at ramp (did that) or submersing vehicle at ramp ( read about it) or throwed anchor overboard without rope attached (not guilty) or added double oil to tank or maybe to wrong tank (hell if I know) or left fish stringer tied to transom and chopped, diced, etc (guilty)
