Thanks for the info. on how to post pics. Unfortunately, I am not located in/anywhere Scituate, MA. I am landlocked here in Indianapolis, IN; clearly not a boater's haven. It takes at least an hour just to get to small "mud puddle" lakes, and at least 3 hours to get to any big water (Lakes Michigan or Erie, or the Ohio River). Nevertheless, I love boating, and love the V20.

NIP:

YES, YOU CAN PUT A 350 IN THERE, MAYBE MODIFIYING THE MOUNTINGS, MAKE SURE YOU BUY NEW SILICONE MOTOR MOUNTS TO ABSORBE VIBRATION, AS FOR USING YOUR ALPHA 1, YES YOU CAN USE IT BUT YOU'D PROBABLY HAVE TO CHANGE UPPER GEARS FROM 1:1.84
(FOR 6 CYL 4.7 AND/OR 470 MERC.) TO 1:1.50 (FOR 305 AND OR 350).

IF YOU DECIDE TO SELL V20, GIVE ME A SHOT.
