glad she is running well, so what are you doing with that motor? taking it off? putting another one on it?

Thanks REEL. *I am very proud of my kids. *God has blessed me much more than I deserve.

I will be switching soon, I already have the Johnson off of the Starcraft. Kinda want to wait til I sell the Merc to take it off, I know people like to test run things before buying.

Here are the hatch latches. *the starboard one needs replacing, but it still works.

Actually, RB, I's referrin' to when the lids are OPEN...if they swing all the way over on the cleats is when there's a problem ;) ...
