46 here. Still own a V, its in my name but my brother inlaw has it. He is goinf through a divorce and takes kids out once a year. Floor is soft and motor is old. I bought a little newer nicer condition boat for a great price. But would rather have the old dual console back.

It was a lot more fun being 20 in the 70 s than being 70 in the 20 s

Just turned 65 August 1st. Had my 77 V-20 cuddy since 2006. I'm the third owner that I know of. Bought it from a guy in Virginia Beach, Virginia for 1000.00. Rebuilt the transom, 4 cyl 170hp Mercruiser, gimble and now have new outdrive. Rebuilt a tandem axle trailer with bunks and cradle and keel rollers, loads great. Absolutely love my old boat, wouldn't trade it for anything. Perfect boat for me and my family. Runs great!

1990 V-20 and I'm 65 years old.
Sitting in the yard waiting on repairs, but can't do them in this hot Florida weather. Hopefully this Winter she will be ready to use. Besides, boating in Florida in the Winter is more enjoyable for me, I hate the hot weather. |
