hmmmm ... fold the rest to fit on top of the center... take another piece of ply and make a sandwich..... squash it down n band w duct tape... maybe.....?

Interesting. None of my cushions have a wooden base, including the middle piece. There is a flat board that goes under the middle piece in my cuddy, but it is not attached to the cushions, rather it rests under them. Is your middle piece board removable? Can you open the zipper and take out the board? If so just leave the board out and ship the cushions. Plywood is cheap, common and easy to shape.

They do em both ways.... often the center one is like yours but others actually have the cover surrounding the board and stapled to it just like a jump seat or folding bass boat type swivel seat bottom... My Monte Carlo (sig pic) has the board built in but the parts boat I bought had a board wrapped in vinyl and a separate cushion that went on top w velcro.
