it wont be going past 5500 rpm it will have a rev limiter and the gear set will be a ford crank gear and a chev camshaft gear that's if I can find a chain to fit it ..I do have access to a engine dyno but maybe my mate wont want this piece of **** in his shop. I don't think he has got 460 pipes to put on it ---Might just ask him just for all the Critics on here it might be lucky to make the 190hp at the flywheel . Im sure Mercs figures weren't too correct . The only thing I don't like on engine dynos the engine gets worked too hard before it is broken in I always nursed my new engine for 600 miles till the first oil change maybe there someone who can do it from the prop This year would have to be one of the worst years with disagreement's with friends and family wtf is going on ..... I must be loosing my mind cant be all theses people being wrong it must be me-----When others do the wrong thing I try and not get hot headed about it ---most times but if I do the wrong thing they want to crucifie me---Been having big **** fights with the wife and the inlaws and now it looks like the wife has teamed up with her *** of a mother---seriously I don't think this boat will ever get finished every time I attempt to move forward with it all hell breaks loose in the family..... Just don't know what way to go with her she makes me feel all alone with her remarks something surely needs to change even the kids always seem to side with mum as its the easy way for them---yeah that's it I have a family and I feel all alone how does that make sense how many times can I put up with this

My head feels a little better even thou its Mothers Day and im not talking to the wife
Anyway got another email from Eagle and he asked me about the weights being the same as the others and then I realized that I didn't explain to him that it was for a 4cyl . I really forgot to tell him . So I need to wait till after the weekend to get a reply he also said he cant ship them directly to me and that he would like me to get them from Jeggs they don't have a listing for them and I hope there shipping is fair that's the main reason I use Summit plus Summits online shopping is really user friendly and you can get quotes for shipping there and then so fingers crossed

I have seen a lot on the sites you referred me too and I don't think it would be possible to turn my engine to 6500rpm its one big 4cyl its the torque of the engine im looking at more air more fuel and more compression gives more twisting affect on internals ---im not looking for high rpms im looking at making good figures at 5500rpm making power at 6500rpm will mean I will loose a lot of idle quality and low end torque not what I want in a fishing boat. this is why I have said im going solid in the cam grind it will not cost me any extra as I had to buy all the gear for the head the solid cam will give me a wider and longer torque rang and if the edelbrock head could run stock rocker gear I would of left it stock . yes I do need to start some action and get this boat in the water to see if it is as good as I thought
