Repowering from 90 hp to 130 hp

I am looking to repower my 83 V20. Currently I have a 2000 90 hp Johnson on it. That got up on plain quick and did 28 mph WOT. Unfortunately the port side cylinders were not getting any oil and are now shot. I got approved for a loan on a new 130 hp E-Tec. Will I be happy with this choice? What prop size and pitch should I go with and is there any thing i should watch out for unnecessary things that the sales man will try and sell.
