Yea no doubt, OR's are retardly expensive. Hey at least your starting from the bottom up with the right price on those bases. Im sure between Craigslist and Ebay you can find some decent poles. If you can come across them at a good price and have the option, I would go with the extendables. Easy to store, carry and ride out with. They are typically more expensive but I wish I had them. Then I wouldnt get blessed out all the time from my wife for the 18' aluminum poles runnin up the side of the house
